Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Special thanks to Sam, Polly, Eric, Naila, Amina and the rest of the staff who made our stay extra special!

The staff were excellent. From the 1st interaction when arriving we knew the Lanson was special. Staff were always very helpful. Very knowledgeable about local dining options and attractions. The Lanson's Salon Restaurant and bar was a relaxing space for a meal and drinks. While all staff were exceptional, I would make special mention of these individuals who always went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Damon, Po, Naire, Tiffany and Eric. The Lanson should take great pride knowing they have such a great team of people who genuinely make an effort to connect with and care about their guests. The hotel itself is exceptional with an exceptional space for guests to relax. Our room was very comfortable. The Lanson is located in a vibrant area within walking distance to dining, shopping and transport options. The area felt safe regardless of the time of day or night.

I had an amazing stay at Lanson Place although I stayed only for one night. I booked the hotel based on its price and reviews, and I was not disappointed. The staff is absolutely amazing, and couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. They helped me out when I arrived by paying my taxi when it was known he didn’t take any cards, and they swiftly welcomed me with a drink and checked me in. I got a beautiful queen room which was quite good in size and tastefully decorated. I ordered room service and enjoyed their wagyu pasta bolognese which was great. Their gym is absolutely stunning, and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered complimentary washers and dryers on the 5th floor. In the morning I enjoyed breakfast in the salon (which is again beautiful). When I was about to leave, I got stuck at the hotel due to a typhoon, however, the staff welcomed me to stay in the orangery near the reception area to wait it out and also enjoy some lunch at the salon, which I later did. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get a taxi or an uber, however, the staff tried their best to help me out, and in particular Jin (I hope I wrote your name right) was a total gem, giving both encouragement and advice! All in all, I would not hesitate to stay at Lanson Place in the future!
