This is a fantastic hotel in a city full of fantastic hotels! It's very understated but impeccable. We are a family of 3 with a 4 year old toddler. They provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for kids, as well as a little pack of activities on arrival. The extra kid bed was a good size for even an adult to sleep on. At breakfast, staff made the effort to talk to our child and brought her fruit or drinks that she particularly liked (she loved those raspberries!) We felt very welcome. Check in was smooth and quick. We waited in their orangery with a drink while they sorted everything out for us. It was extremely professional. The hotel was very quiet in general, but especially in the evening, which was very important to us. The room was a good size for HK and it was throughly clean. The breakfast was exceptional.I really liked that the portions were on the smaller side because it discouraged waste. I've been to hotels that have huge buffets and greedy people take mountains of food that they don't even eat. This is not like that. The buffet selection is smaller than large chain hotels, but it's very well done. Everything I ate was delicious. The hotel encourages sustainability and it's products support that. Finally the location is the best we've stayed in during our numerous trips to HK. It's walking distance to countless cafes, restaurants and shops. The area is buzzing! We'd stay again any time we go back to HK.

Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Special thanks to Sam, Polly, Eric, Naila, Amina and the rest of the staff who made our stay extra special!

Nearly everything was great. The rooms were generously sized, especially for Hong Kong, spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. The location is very convenient whether for commuting, shopping, eating, or sightseeing, and it was very easy to access the nearby MTR station which was a 5-10 min walk away. My family greatly appreciated the cosy and beautifully fitted out lobby and breakfast lounges, and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. While not huge, everything we needed was available and it was delicious. The staff were wonderful - so attentive and helpful all the time, anticipating our needs and ever ready to help.

Each guest could order one main dish from the menu (eggs your way/ egg Benedict with ham/ Wonton noodle/ Waffle), along with a nice range of breakfast/brunch selections, including muesli, cheese board, sausages, pastries, salads, and dim sum. The service is excellent with high professional standards and great attention to details. The staff are friendly and respectful and they understand the customers’ needs very well. The room decor is beyond expectations. The bar area, the television interface and the books in the room are some of the most memorable features that make me feel like home.

I have stayed at the Lanson Place hotel in the past, pre-Covid and I always enjoyed the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised on this stay that Lanson Place went through a renovation, which has greatly enhanced the hotel, it's layout - reception and lobby is now located on ground level, instead of 3 (or 4th?) level. The new bar with lounge and restaurant on the 4th level is wonderful, and rooms do not disappoint, they remain very well appointed. The staff is very engaging, professional and congenial. I highly recommend this hotel.
